Digital Products - No Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital products (instant download), all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a digital product has been downloaded or accessed.
This is in accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(m), which states that the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content that has been supplied and where delivery has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgment that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal.
By completing your purchase, you confirm that:
- You consent to immediate delivery of the digital product
- You acknowledge that you lose your right to withdraw once download begins
Exceptions
If you experience a technical issue and cannot access your purchased file, please contact us within 7 days at info@youmapped.com and we will resolve it.
